The iconic 'Happy Choppers' was created for Banksy's Christmas show 'Santa’s Ghetto' in London, which aimed to draw attention to the Israel-Palestinian conflict. The image first appeared in 2002 as a mural in Central London at the Whitecross Street Market. It remains one of the artist's most popular images to this day.
