Shipping policy
Once your order is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation and we will endeavour to have it dispatched as soon as possible.
Free local delivery is available on orders over $150.00 NZD within a 15km radius of our gallery. Free standard shipping is also available within New Zealand on orders over $150.00 NZD, subject to some exclusions. Orders under $150.00 NZD are charged at a flat rate of $12.90 NZD.
Artworks are excluded from our standard shipping rates and are arranged individually to ensure they travel safely. Shipping costs will vary depending on the artwork, destination and delivery requirements. We work with experienced professional art transport partners and can provide suitable delivery options, including insured shipping where required.

If we are responsible for delivering goods, we will, where possible, deliver them to the delivery address you provide when placing your order. Our available delivery areas and shipping options are set out on the Site. If your location is not covered by our standard delivery options, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
We normally dispatch standard products within 1–2 working days of receiving an order, unless otherwise stated on the Site. Any delivery timeframes displayed on the Site are estimates only and may depend on the carrier used. Artwork delivery timeframes will be confirmed separately where applicable.
We may use a range of delivery providers depending on the product, destination and delivery requirements. Some deliveries may require a signature or other proof of delivery. If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may provide alternative collection or redelivery options.
Title to the artwork or goods will remain with us until you have paid the Price in full in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Until title passes, you must not do anything which seeks to create an encumbrance, lien, charge or other interest in or over the artwork or goods.
Risk in the artwork or goods will pass to you once they are delivered to the delivery address provided in your order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where an artwork is held directly by the artist or another third party, shipping and delivery may be arranged separately. You will be advised of any different delivery arrangements or costs before fulfilment.
