A complete three-work set of Mason Storm's Monkey Parliament series.

The series revisits the parliamentary chamber made famous by Banksy's monumental 2009 painting Devolved Parliament. Storm renders the scene with extraordinary detail across three separate compositions. Monkey Parliament I is a rare Printer's Proof, produced outside the standard numbered edition of 250. Monkey Parliament II and III are both matching edition numbers across their respective editions of 500 and 750.

The story behind Monkey Parliament

Banksy's original parliamentary painting first appeared under the title Question Time at the landmark Banksy versus Bristol Museum exhibition in 2009. The vast oil painting replaces the MPs of Britain's House of Commons with chimpanzees. Banksy subsequently reworked elements of the painting and renamed it Devolved Parliament. In October 2019 it sold at Sotheby's London for £9,879,500 against an estimate of £1.5–2 million, at the time establishing a new auction record for the artist.

Mason Storm's relationship with the image has since added another layer to its story. Storm's highly detailed interpretations have become closely associated with long-running speculation about his possible connection to the original painting — a question the artist has deliberately teased but never resolved. The claim has consequently become part of the intrigue surrounding Storm's Monkey Parliament series.

Each work is accompanied by its original Certificate of Authenticity. Presented as a complete set and professionally framed in ornate gold frames with UV-blocking Artglass.
